University Credit Courses

AP and ACC University Credit

Advanced Placement (AP) is a program in the United States and Canada created by the College Board which offers university-level curricula and examinations to high school students. American colleges and universities may grant placement and course credit to students who obtain high scores on the examinations.

Through the LHSA International Program, students may choose to take AP courses including:
Human Geography
US History
World History

Advanced Credit Courses (ACC) also are available giving students dual high school credit and university credit through St. Louis University (SLU). The SLU credits are transferrable to many American universities.

AP and ACC coursework will be noted on the student's transcript, showing commitment to higher-level learning in the university admissions process.
